Job Title: Sale Executive (SR Branch)
Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive, you will drive sales growth, strengthen brand visibility, and establish long-term relationships for both Erdinger—a world-renowned German wheat beer—and Calpis, Japan’s iconic cultured milk-based soft drink. Your role will blend dynamic fieldwork with strategic account management to deliver performance across retail, hospitality, and distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations
- Promote and sell Erdinger Beer and Calpis beverage products to existing and new customers for Retail Market and Modern Market
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across all assigned outlets
- Strong field and willing to growth for long time
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with distributors, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and retail stores
- Provide excellent service and support to enhance customer loyalty
Market Development
- Identify new sales opportunities, distribution points, and emerging trends
- Support market entry initiatives, new product launches, and regional expansion strategies
Reporting & Insights
- Track and report daily sales activities, stock movement, and promotional performance
- Share competitor intelligence and consumer feedback with marketing and commercial teams
Promotion & Brand Activation
- Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and product sampling initiatives
- Ensure in-store visibility and merchandising align with brand standards
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in beverage or FMCG sales (alcohol or dairy preferred)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about premium food & beverage brands
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in the field
- Able to travel within the assigned sales territory
