Job Title: Sale Executive (On-Trade)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Retention:
    • Identify and approach potential clients in the beer trade (retailers, restaurants, bars, wholesalers).
    • Maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth:
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor sales trends and execute strategies to boost product visibility and movement.
  • Market Development:
    • Expand distribution networks in key trade channels (on-trade: bars/clubs; off-trade: convenience stores/supermarkets).
    • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and risks in beer consumption trends.
  • Trade Promotion Execution:
  • Coordinate in-store promotional activities, beer tastings, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the trade marketing team on brand activation programs.
  • Order Management:
    • Process orders, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of products.
    • Liaise with logistics for efficient stock flow and replenishment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sale Trade, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in FMCG or beverage sales; beer industry a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with retail and wholesale trade channels in Cambodia.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Passion for the beverage industry and a knack for understanding market dynamics.
  • Medium in English for communication
  • Chinese Language is preferable
