Job Title: Sale Executive (On-Trade)
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Retention:
- Identify and approach potential clients in the beer trade (retailers, restaurants, bars, wholesalers).
- Maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor sales trends and execute strategies to boost product visibility and movement.
- Market Development:
- Expand distribution networks in key trade channels (on-trade: bars/clubs; off-trade: convenience stores/supermarkets).
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and risks in beer consumption trends.
- Trade Promotion Execution:
- Coordinate in-store promotional activities, beer tastings, and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with the trade marketing team on brand activation programs.
- Order Management:
- Process orders, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Liaise with logistics for efficient stock flow and replenishment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sale Trade, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in FMCG or beverage sales; beer industry a plus.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with retail and wholesale trade channels in Cambodia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Passion for the beverage industry and a knack for understanding market dynamics.
- Medium in English for communication
- Chinese Language is preferable
