Job Title: Sale Executive (Chinese On-Trade)

Job Summary:

As a Sales Executive for Erdinger Beer, you will be responsible for promoting the brand, increasing sales volume, and managing relationships with distributors, retailers, and hospitality venues. You’ll be the frontline ambassador representing Erdinger’s premium German beer to customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Retention:
    • Identify and approach potential clients in the beer trade (retailers, restaurants, bars, wholesalers).
    • Maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth:

Liaise with logistics for efficient stock flow and replenishment.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Monitor sales trends and execute strategies to boost product visibility and movement.

Market Development:

Expand distribution networks in key trade channels (on-trade: bars/clubs; off-trade: convenience stores/supermarkets).

Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and risks in beer consumption trends.

Trade Promotion Execution:

Coordinate in-store promotional activities, beer tastings, and seasonal campaigns.

Collaborate with the trade marketing team on brand activation programs.

Order Management:

Process orders, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of products.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sale Trade, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in FMCG or beverage sales; beer industry a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with retail and wholesale trade channels in Cambodia.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Passion for the beverage industry and a knack for understanding market dynamics.
  • Medium in English for communication
  • Chinese Language is preferable
