Job Title: Sale Corporate (Female)

Job Summary:

As a Senior Sales Executive for Erdinger Beer, you will lead strategic sales initiatives across target markets to expand brand presence, maximize revenue, and build long-term partnerships. You will drive execution excellence, mentor sales teams, and serve as the face of Erdinger for key accounts and distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Management

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company targets and market share growth
  • Identify new business opportunities, including expansion into emerging markets

Client Relationship Building

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and hospitality partners and on trade and off trade channels
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional deals with key accounts
  • Meet Public and Private sector for support and sale our beer in company/organization/Hotel…..
  • Attend event to build up relationship with new prospective business partner

Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor competitor activity, consumer trends, and category insights
  • Provide regular reports to senior management with actionable recommendations

Brand Promotion & Activation

  • Collaborate with marketing teams on brand activations, events, and campaigns
  • Represent Erdinger at industry trade shows, festivals, and client events

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in FMCG/beverage sales, preferably alcoholic beverages
  • Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English; other languages a plus
