Job Title: Brand Promoter

Job Summary:

You’ll be the vibrant face of Erdinger Beer across on-trade outlets, engaging customers, promoting product knowledge, and creating memorable beer-tasting experiences. This role combines charm, product presentation, and customer interaction to build brand love and drive consumption.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Sampling

• Interact with guests in bars and restaurants, offering samples and sharing the Erdinger story
• Provide guidance on tasting notes, beer types, and pairing suggestions
• Spark genuine conversations to raise interest and encourage purchase

Brand Representation

• Uphold Erdinger’s premium image through personal grooming, behavior, and attire
• Wear promotional uniforms and ensure high visibility of POS materials

Product Promotion & Conversion

• Increase customer awareness and conversions through sampling and education
• Collaborate with outlet staff to promote specials or campaigns

Event Support & Documentation

• Assist in promotional events and capture photos of interactions and brand visibility
• Submit daily activity reports and feedback on customer response

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Promotor Leader, Sales team, and Trade Marketing for campaign alignment
• Participate in training sessions to improve brand knowledge and service skills

Qualifications & Attributes:

• High school diploma or above
• Previous experience in promotions, hospitality, or F&B preferred
• Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality
• Well-presented and passionate about premium beverages
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and in high-energy environments
• Basic English communication skills; local language fluency preferred
