Winemaking Report
Gentle pressing and free run juices create the base of this wine. Fermented and matured in stainless steel at between 12 and 14-degree Celsius to ensure vibrancy of fruit and zesty acidity shine in our wine.
Vintage Conditions
2024 was a very good season with predominantly mild, dry days. This has resulted in good parcels of Sauvignon Blanc with lovely aromatics & flavour. Reds have good colour with concentrated berry flavours. Vine-balance was carefully monitored, resulting in fruit that demonstrates the vibrancy and fruitderived characters that we strive for in our wines.
